Get all your problems out of your head 🧠 Find your focus & worry no more.
Get out a pack of Post It notes and write down all your problems, all your worries for the up coming week…
Stick them on your wall.
Now, take down the ones you have NO control over.
Next, out of the few that are left (because most of your notes will be things you can't influence or have any control over)…
peel off all the less important ones until you come down to THE problem.
The one that's most important to you, and the one you actually have some control over.
It does no good to worry about things you have no control over.
That is one of the main goals of this exercise.
And then the other objective is to have ONE singular problem that you do have the ability to tackle…
and laser beam focus on that one thing so you can actually make some headway this week on it.
Then by week's end, you'll be able to say you've made some progress on THE most important problem in your life.
Motivation to understand that you do have control in this life over some things.
And to hone your focus on those things.
And don't freaking worry about the things you cannot control!
